Please give as much information as you can about the problem. Did something specific cause the fault? Have you taken any steps to diagnose or resolve it? eg; play/cue button on CDJ3000 on main stage stopped working after DJ tipped a red bull into it. eg: laser PC crashed at 11pm, restarted the PC and it was stable for the rest of the shift eg: no sound on DJ monitors in terrace bar – checked amps were turned on and signal light was present on BSS
Does this fault present any physical hazard to guests or staff?
How bad is the problem?
Has any faulty equipment been removed from service?
